Execution-driven coaching.

Every session has an intent. Movement selection serves that intent. Fatigue is managed as a primary variable.

Coaching runs through the week. Daily check-ins on training, nutrition, biofeedback, and sleep. Weekly photo check-ins to track real change. Weekly video calls to talk through the week and adjust the plan.

Movement reviews

On demand. You post lift videos to your folder. I review them and send corrections back on video.

Online coaching starts at $300/month. Contest prep runs at intro pricing while I build out my competitive roster. We'll discuss the right service level on the discovery call.
